Do we need a new WhatsApp number?
We'll confirm the best arrangement for your business during setup. A dedicated marketing number may be appropriate, particularly if you want to protect an existing booking or customer-service line.
Can you message our existing customer list?
We can help clean and prepare your existing data, but having a phone number is not the same as having marketing permission. We only send marketing messages where the appropriate consent and messaging requirements are met.
Who creates the campaigns and handles replies?
MzansiChat plans and produces the agreed campaigns, then manages their approved sends. Your team remains responsible for enquiries, customer conversations and confirming bookings.
Are there any extra charges?
One agreed WhatChimp subscription is included in the monthly fee. Meta's marketing-message charges are separate and approved in advance. Optional ads, advanced creative, extra campaigns and custom development are separately quoted.
What about support and cancellation?
Routine support and system upkeep are included in the managed service. Any agreed term, cancellation arrangements and account handover are explained in writing before you commit.
